Eurocentre is a French multimodal hub located in Haute-Garonne, 19 km north of Toulouse, in the municipalities of Castelnau d’Estretefonds and Villeneuve-lès-Bouloc, and 30 km by motorway from the airport platform of Toulouse-Blagnac.
By combining rail-road-motorway, this platform is one of the first logistic poles of Southern Europe by its size and the quality of its facilities.
EUROCENTRE was created in 1999 at the initiative of the General Council of Haute-Garonne and the Regional Council of Midi-Pyrénées and the municipalities of Castelnau d’Estretefonds and Villeneuve-lès-Bouloc, in cooperation with the Port of Barcelona since 2005 which has more than 20 hectares there.
Eurocentre offers 300 hectares of land equipped for all transport activities, logistics and services. The area is now home to more than 100 companies and alone generates nearly 3,000 jobs. The synergy thus created is generating a multiplication of exchanges and a development of traffic both in terms of storage and transport and distribution of goods.

THE RENTAL MARKET
Toulouse Métropole, a European aeronautics and space hub, also known for its know-how in engineering and nano-technology, is part of global networks of excellence. It is a European technology park, grouping many leading industries and research institutes.
Particularly attractive for companies, the Toulouse urban area initiates many urban development operations to create new business areas including offices, housing, services and shops.
With a growing demand every year, the property market in Toulouse confirms its dynamism driven by significant transactions. The metropolis is becoming saturated, as the stock of rental properties is destined to fall rapidly.
This is why companies are now looking for more rental solutions on Toulouse’s outskirts, close to the main trade routes and far from the congested circulation of the pink city.
It must be said that the EUROCENTRE zone offers companies a lot of hangars but very few smaller office spaces, allowing SMEs to move into the center and benefit from all its advantages.
Our EUROCENTRE project makes sense here.
Area
That is a total area of 2145 m² of photovoltaic material, representing:
– 148 tones of CO2 avoided per year
– The annual energy consumption of 456 inhabitants
